Return & Refunding Process

  • 1. Customers who wish to initiate a return should send an email to onlinesales@addison.co.in within 2 days of receiving the product. Please provide the order number, reason for return, and attach photographs of the product.
  • 2. Addison team will evaluate the request and respond to the customer within 48 Hours (They can either Approve/Reject)
  • 3. ON receiving the confirmation from Addison, the customer should initiate the return process immediately by adhering to the guidelines provided by Addison.
  • 4. Addison Irungattukottai factory should receive the returned stock within 18 Days (i.e, if the return request is accepted on the 2nd of the month, stock should reach on or before the 20th of that month), failing which refund will not be initiated
  • 5. Within 2 days From the date of receiving the returned stocks, the Addison team will evaluate the stocks and sends the confirmation to the customer, and initiate the refunding process. Provided the stocks were meeting the agreed terms of returning acceptance guidelines.
  • 6. If the returned stocks are not meeting Addison's guidelines/agreed terms, they will be returned to the customer, provided he/she bears the transportation expenses (or) a refund will be done based on the Addison Team’s evaluation, its completely of Addison’s discretion, customer has no say in it.
  • 7. Refunds for the returned stocks will be paid back as a credit note to the customer within 14 Days from the date of Addison’s return stocks payment confirmation date.
  • 8. Refund will be made only for the actual product cost (excluding GST & Transportation charges)
